After ordering on line you will receive an email confirmation from us. All items will be sent EXPRESS post to ensure that you receive your beautiful shawls as soon as possible. If you place an order on Friday, you should take into account that EXPRESS Post is not active in the weekends or public holidays.
The current cost of postage is $15.00 per package and there will be a tracking number.
Please be aware that not every address in Australia is in the area of ‘Next Business Day Delivery’.
We are also happy to ship to our customers overseas. Please email us for a shipping quote specific to your country. Please note that all international orders may be subjected to taxes, duties and fees of the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
While every effort has been made to faithfully reproduce the colours of our garments, please remember that each individual item is hand dyed and some slight variations may occur.
Some screen colours may also vary depending on your computer screen resolution. We cannot accept responsibility for any difference in shades.
We understand that sometimes you may need to return your purchase if you are not happy. We will gladly offer you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding postage, if the following conditions are met:
- You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and advise us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you wish to return the goods.
- The goods must reach us within 14 days of purchase.
- We cannot accept goods, which have been damaged, worn, altered, washed or had the tags removed. All items must be in an as new condition with original packaging.
- All our scarves and shawls are hand dyed. There may be some discrepancies in weave and dye colours. This is not a fault but forms part of the beauty of handmade garments. Returns cannot be accepted if you are not happy with the handmade characteristics.
- Colours Etc are not responsible for any returned goods, until they have been received by us.
- Once received we will advise you by email. If the goods are deemed refundable, please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed.
- Unless the item is found to be faulty/defective, the amount refunded will cover the value of the item purchased. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used to make the original purchase or refunded through Pay Pal.
- Colours Etc cannot guarantee availability of exchanged items.
